Rochelle Barber is the Director of People and Programs at National Service Dogs, bringing a background in social work and the past 10 years of experience in the service and facility dog field. In her role, Rochelle provides leadership across programs and training teams, and oversees program and training delivery for Service Dogs and Facility Dogs.
Rochelle’s work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, accessibility, and client-centred support. She has extensive experience developing programs that prepare dogs and handlers for meaningful work in their communities.
