Kimberley Gramlich
Program Coordinator, Delta Police Victim Services | Founder, Justice Facility Dogs Canada
Kimberley Gramlich has spent over 25 years with the Delta Police Department's Victim Services program in British Columbia, where she now serves as Program Coordinator. In 2017, she founded Justice Facility Dogs Canada to support the growth of facility dog programs across Canadian justice settings, and has been instrumental in advancing the legal recognition of facility dogs, including work on Section 486 of the Canadian Criminal Code. She previously served on the Board of the Pacific Assistance Dogs Society (PADS) and is a longtime volunteer crisis responder with Disaster Psychosocial Services. Kim holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. Kim is the current handler of Justice Facility Dog Puma, and previously handled Caber, Canada's first justice facility dog. She is Co-Chair of the 2026 International Courthouse Dogs® Conference, the first held in Canada.
